This is a VERY INTENSE cardio and weight lifting session. Similar to boot camp. They will push you to your limits and beyond!

Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or you're already an athlete, this session is designed to test your limits and help you grow stronger—physically and mentally.

All fitness levels welcome

This is a FREE class Led by a skilled personal trainer

I’m excited to invite you to a Chicago Step Dance Class taught by "Class Act Steppers". Whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced dancer, this class is for you!

Date: Saturdays 2:00PM to 3:30 PM (Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration)

Location: Silk Restaurant and Lounge 2930 Ember Dr, Decatur, GA 30034

Cost: $15(Cash preferred)
