🍂 Fall Equinox Sacred Sister Ceremony 🍂
A sacred pause between what has been and what comes next. 🍁
I am so excited to be co-hosting this beautiful afternoon with Jen Torres of She’s A God.
When Jen and I began talking about creating a Fall Equinox ceremony together, it felt like such a natural blending of what we both love — honoring the rhythms of nature, tending to the body and spirit, creating sacred space, and gathering women together in meaningful connection.
And so, on Sunday, September 20th, we gather. 🍂
Every September, we arrive at a beautiful moment when light and darkness meet in equal measure.
The Fall Equinox.
✨ A threshold between seasons.
✨ The second harvest.
✨ A moment of balance between light and dark.
✨ An invitation to pause before we begin our descent into the quieter, darker half of the year.
For me, there is something deeply healing about remembering that we are nature.
Just as the earth moves through seasons, so do we.
Our physical bodies, our energy, our emotions, and our needs shift as we move from the expansive warmth and light of summer into the cooler, more inward energy of autumn.
This gathering is an opportunity to consciously honor that transition.
To look at the harvest of our own lives.
What has grown?
What has come to fruition?
What are we grateful for?
What have we learned?
What still deserves our attention and nourishment?
And perhaps most importantly…
What are we ready to let go of?
🍁 Where has life fallen out of balance?
🍁 Where are we giving precious energy to things that no longer nourish us?
🍁 What are we carrying simply because we’ve carried it for so long?
🍁 What might we release to create space for what wants to come next?
Together, Jen and I will guide you through an afternoon of ceremony, meditation, reflection, seasonal wisdom, nourishment, and sisterhood.
I’ll be sharing some of the wisdom I have gathered through my years of working with the body, food, plants, energy, and the rhythms of nature — particularly what happens within our bodies as we transition from summer into fall, and simple ways we can intentionally support and nourish ourselves during this seasonal shift.
We’ll sip a beautiful seasonal tonic prepared especially for our gathering, enjoy light bites together, journal, reflect, connect, and create space for the season ahead. 🍶🍎🌿
✨ A LITTLE SEASONAL MAGIC TO TAKE HOME ✨
Each woman will also receive a specially created Fall Equinox essential oil spray to take home — intentionally blended with essential oils, flower essences, and frequencies chosen specifically to support the energy and themes of this time of year.
A little reminder of our gathering — and something you can continue working with as we move more deeply into the season. 🍂🌿
🔮 ORACLE + INTENTION
At the beginning of our gathering, each woman will intuitively choose an Oracle card.
Rather than reading it immediately, we’ll allow the card — and its message — to sit with us throughout the ceremony.
During our closing circle, we’ll return to the cards and reveal their messages, allowing them to become part of the reflection and intention we carry forward into the new season.
Our afternoon will include:
✨ Sacred opening + closing ceremony
✨ Guided Fall Equinox meditation
✨ The wisdom + energetic themes of Mabon and the second harvest
✨ Sacred journaling + reflection
✨ Seasonal body wisdom for the transition into Autumn
✨ Nourishing tonic education + seasonal tonic to enjoy together
✨ Light seasonal bites
✨ Intuitive Oracle card selection + closing reading
✨ A specially created Fall Equinox essential oil, flower essence + frequency spray to take home
✨ Sisterhood + connection
But perhaps the greatest gift of the afternoon is simply giving ourselves permission to stop.
To step outside the speed of ordinary life.
To notice how much has already grown.
To honor ourselves for how far we’ve come.
To decide what still deserves our precious energy.
And to consciously release what does not.
🍂 Come honor your harvest.
🍂 Come call your energy home.
🍂 Come meet the next season with intention.
🍁 COME AS YOU ARE
This will be a casual, comfortable — yet sacred — gathering.
There is nothing special you need to wear or bring. Simply come as you are and bring anything that will help you feel comfortable and cozy during our afternoon together.
Bring your water, a blanket, or anything else you might like to have with you. Dress comfortably and in layers, as September weather can have a little mind of its own. 🍂
We want you to be able to settle in, exhale, and simply receive.
