Greetings Everyone!
🥳After a lull, the Hickory Social & Outdoors Club (HSOC) is starting again! 🎉
We are actively looking for Member's to share ideas for events and activities.
There are no age, gender, or other restrictions with this group. Everyone is welcome.
This group is looking for people who enjoy getting together for social interactions and outdoor activities. Hickory and the surrounding areas have so much to offer. If you have any thoughts or suggestions on a meetup, send me a message. I look forward to meeting you and enjoying mutual fun times ahead! :)
We welcome new friends with open arms and warm hearts. Join us and share the activities you love with friends!

MEMBERSHIP: We have a 60 day trial period for joining, after that there is a $15 annual membership fee.
PROFILE PICTURE: Please have a clear picture on your profile so that we may find each other when we meetup!

RSVP GUIDELINES: The "golden rule" for all events is RSVP if you plan to attend. If you cannot make it always change your RSVP, so that event organizers and can plan for the expected number of attendees.
- Be thoughtful...Keep in mind that Same day cancellations make logistics very difficult for our volunteer organizers and people on the wait list will not have time to adjust their schedule.
- If it is an event with a reservation, please change your RSVP with a 48 hour notice.
- If you are a no show or cancel for an event with a cost, especially if the organizer covered it. You are responsible for the cost, even if you do not attend.
LIABILITY WAIVER: All of our organizers are volunteers who simply set times and dates. Hickory Social & Outdoors Group and individual volunteer organizers take no responsibility for members or guests engaged in events. We expect that you are an independent adult who is responsible for your own safety and your guests and that you will only participate in activities that match your skills and abilities. We are in no way responsible for any accidents or injuries which may occur.
By joining our group, you agree that we are not liable for any accidents or injuries.
