Looking to get outside, meet new people, and explore the best trails and waterways in the Hamilton and Niagara region? This group is for young adults who enjoy stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), kayaking, and hiking, whether you're a seasoned adventurer or just getting started.
Our outings are all about staying active, discovering hidden gems, and building a welcoming community of outdoor enthusiasts. Expect everything from relaxed sunset paddles to scenic waterfall hikes, with occasional social meetups afterward.

ANCASTER MILLS GUEST PARKING, 490 Old Dundas Rd ,, Ancaster, ON, CAJoin us for a beautiful waterfall hike through the Ancaster/Dundas Valley area, finishing at Ancaster Mill for lunch.

๐ Meet & Start: Ancaster Mill Parking Lot at 11 AM (coordinates: 43.2342, -79.9737)
๐ Finish: Ancaster Mill, 548 Old Dundas Rd, Ancaster
We'll follow the Sherman, Canterbury & Mill Falls route, taking in some of the area's beautiful forest trails, escarpment scenery, and waterfalls before finishing at Ancaster Mill.
The area is known for its waterfall scenery, including Sherman Falls, a 17-metre waterfall along the Bruce Trail.

Trail conditions can become muddy after rain, so footwear with good traction is a good idea.

We'll finish the hike at Ancaster Mill and sit down together for lunch.
Ancaster Mill is a historic stone mill beside a creek and waterfall, with dining rooms overlooking the falls. The current mill dates back to 1863 and the building was restored and opened as a restaurant in 1979.
