Agenda:
Here's the detailed agenda of the meetup :-
10:00 am - Intro and Welcome
-
10:30 am- 11:10 am:
Session 1: Anatomy of an Incident: Chasing Real Signals, Swapnil Kulkarni (Head Customer Success & Growth at Kloudfuse)
About Session: Every system failure tells a story, but finding the narrative requires filtering out the noise. In this talk, we dissect a real production incident to explore how engineers identify true causal factors during a high-pressure outage. -
11:15 am - 11:55 am:
Session 2: Build Your Own Grafana MCP for Intelligent Issue Analysis, Tamal Karmakar (Sr. Software engineer at Microsoft)
About Session: Modern observability platforms generate massive amounts of metrics, logs, traces, and alerts, but finding the root cause of an incident often requires navigating multiple dashboards and complex queries. What if you could simply ask an AI assistant what is happening in your environment and receive actionable insights?
In this session, we'll explore how to build a custom Grafana MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that enables AI assistants to interact directly with Grafana. We'll walk through designing MCP tools that can query dashboards, retrieve metrics, analyze alerts, correlate logs, and assist with root cause investigations. -
12 noon - 12:40 pm:
Session 3: Surviving Debezium CDC from Single-Primary MongoDB Through RabbitMQ to Elasticsearch, Aseem Khandekar (Technical Lead at ChatDaddy)
About Session: Users saw stale data before we did. Silent CDC lag, expired resume tokens, no alarms. Here's how we made data freshness a first-class observability signal and recovered without a full reindex. -
12:40 pm - 01:30 pm:
Networking, and Snacks
We look forward to meeting you in person for a morning filled with insightful sessions, networking, and shared experiences! For any questions or to express interest in future speaking opportunities, please contact the organizers.
