Join us for a hike starting from Peratallada! This circular walk from Peratallada takes you through beautiful medieval streets before heading out into the peaceful Empordanet countryside. The route passes rural tracks, fields, and small wetlands, including the Estany de les Closes Boues, and continues through charming villages like Fontclara and Palau-Sator. It’s an easy, mostly flat hike with a great mix of nature, history, and quiet rural scenery.

• We'll do an hour session of intermediate Vinyasa (https://youtu.be/QiebZSlTw_U), followed by a nice long shavasana and personal meditation
• There is no teacher. This is a shared DIY practice. No one will be monitoring you or correcting you.
• You should have a knowledge of basic yoga poses and technique.
• The class is intermediate level with the most intense poses being shoulder stand and some side prayer twists.
• You can modify your practice however you like.
• Mats are available in the studio. Feel free to bring whatever props you need or want, like blocks, blankets, or straps. No props are required for this session.

Come and practice languages at Language tables! Each table will have a flag, and if you sit there, you speak that language! This way, you can move around and practice as many languages as you want. So far we have flags for English, Catalan, Spanish, Italian, German, and French.
