What we’re about
Let's round up our pups, old and young, BIG and small for some doggie fun. Our little guys and gals have big hearts and big needs! This group is for socialization, exercise, and new experiences! And while we are at it, let's meet new friends too!
I will be bringing my dachshund, Hazey, who is 11 years old. She loves walks, treats, sloppy kisses, barking hello, ball, ball, ball, ball, and ball!

WHO: This group is made up of all kinds of folks and dogs. We are not a reactive dog group or a training group. Adults only, please. The best way to meet new friends is to attend regularly!
WHAT: We do all kinds of events! Beach outings, yappy hours, walks, yoga, parades, scavenger hunts and more!
WHERE: Most events are in Long Beach, but occasionally in surrounding areas.
WHEN: Events are for the most every 2 weeks or monthly and have between 5-15 attendees!

Right before and during the event: Call me (not text) at 562-505-7754 and don't use the chat function inside meetup as that is hard to check and keep track of right before and once the event is underway! ☺️

Be sure to find me and check in for each event so that you are not marked as a no-show. Those members who no-show 3 or more times will be removed from the group. If you cannot make the event please change your RSVP or text me and I can do it for you.

Headlamps and Hounds- An Evening🐾 Neighborhood Sniffari At River's End Park.
The Beach House @ Seal Beach, 15 1st St, Seal Beach, CA, USJoin us for a Evening Neighborhood Sniffari as we explore the beautiful area of River's End Park with our pups!
Sun sets early, so bring a flashlight if you like (the neighborhood does have street lights) and all your doggie glow gear!
We’ll take a leisurely one-hour stroll through the park and nearby area letting our dogs get in new sniffs.
Experts tell us just 20 minutes of sniffing is equivalent to an hour’s walk in terms of enrichment for your dog! We will make frequent stops to let our dogs do what they do best and the rest of the group catch up. If the pups want to sniff, the pups will sniff!
This is a great way to get some fresh air, meet fellow dog lovers, and let our pups enjoy new sights and smells and allow us to learn more about our city! All friendly dogs are welcome! 🐶
