Are you a spiritual adventurer?
Meet with people of all different backgrounds who share a passion for spirituality—who seek to have actual spiritual experiences, such as significant dreams, out-of-body travel, past-life recall, and encounters with spiritual beings—and to grow from these experiences to bring more meaning, purpose, and joy to daily life. Come share your spiritual experiences—or your desire to have them—in an open, friendly spiritual community.
Our group is sponsored by Eckankar, the Path of Spiritual Freedom. This ancient spiritual teaching offers spiritual techniques and resources for an individual to discover truth for themselves through personal experience. People of all faiths and backgrounds are welcome. Have you had out-of-body adventures, past life recall, or have you seen inner lights or heard inner sounds? Join us to gain new insights into your experiences and understand their spiritual significance.
We offer online and in-person workshops, spiritual discussions, book discussions, group chants and more. Learn creative techniques to further explore our inner worlds and to thrive spiritually.

At a Sound of Soul event, join others in chanting this ancient mantra for about 12-minutes, continuing to allow this uplifting vibration to be experienced in a few moments of quiet contemplation. Afterwards, enjoy an open spiritual discussion on any questions, insights and experiences that you may have."Sing HU once or twice a day for ten or fifteen minutes to spiritualize your state of consciousness.

Every moment is our opportunity to grow in consciousness and to discover the truth of that moment in that new room of consciousness.
Join us for a lively discussion on how truth unfolds in ever-new ways as consciousness expands. Let’s share insights, experiences, and practical tools for recognizing the spiritual lessons, guidance, and opportunities for growth that each moment of life can bring.
8:15 pm–9:00 pm: Fellowship
Fellowship is your chance to meet with old friends, meet new ones, share stories, and laugh a lot. Sometimes these spontaneous moments are where the deepest connections and conversations happen. We might even have food too!Would you like to create your own Soul Adventure? Guests who attend our event will receive a unique workbook and journal, titled Raise Your Spiritual IQ!, that offers creative techniques and spiritual exercises. Dispelling Fear with the Sound of HU

At this Sound of Soul Event, you are invited to join others in chanting HU, an ancient mantra for about twelve minutes, followed by a short time in contemplation. This will be followed by a spiritual discussion where you’re invited to share experiences, exchange ideas, and ask questions.

HU is a sacred mantra—the Sound behind all sounds. An ancient name for God, HU is a carrier of love between God and Soul. Singing HU can bring healing for body, mind, and spirit. It enables you to open your heart to experience the miracles that occur when you give and receive love.

You are invited to attend an in-person workshop sponsored by Eckankar in New York City titled “Exploring Dreams as a Source of Higher Guidance and Insight” to be held on Friday, June 12, 2026, 7:00 pm–8:30 pm. This event will take place at Quest Bookshop, 240 East 53rd Street, New York, NY 10022.
At this workshop we hope to explore the following questions:
• Are Dreams Real?
• Where Do Dreams Come From?
• Why is it important to remember our dreams?
• Why don’t we always remember our dreams?
• Why do they often not make sense?
• How can understanding our dreams assist us in our spiritual growth and awareness?Are you looking for people who love sharing dreams? If so, you will find a community of like-minded, openhearted Spiritual Dreamers who welcome you warmly at this workshop.
In this 90-minute hands-on event, we invite you to recognize and share some of the valuable spiritual experiences that you are already having.At this workshop, you will have the opportunity to:
