Our group is sponsored by Eckankar, the Path of Spiritual Freedom. This ancient spiritual teaching offers spiritual techniques and resources for an individual to discover truth for themselves through personal experience. People of all faiths and backgrounds are welcome. Have you had out-of-body adventures, past life recall, or have you seen inner lights or heard inner sounds? Join us to gain new insights into your experiences and understand their spiritual significance.
We offer online and in-person workshops, spiritual discussions, book discussions, group chants and more. Learn creative techniques to further explore our inner worlds and to thrive spiritually.

HU is Your Key to Living in the Higher Awareness of Soul

At a Sound of Soul event, join others in chanting this ancient mantra for about 12 minutes, continuing to allow this uplifting vibration to be experienced in a few moments of quiet contemplation. Afterwards, enjoy an open spiritual discussion on any questions, insights and experiences that you may have.

When you’re encountering a spiritual path for the first time, it can often take a while to understand what it’s really about, but in our fast-paced city, time is of the essence. This event is designed to provide a clear, honest, and joyful introduction to the core concepts that guide all students of Eckankar. This will help you determine if it aligns with your current spiritual goals.We welcome people from all teachings, backgrounds, and experience levels. Come ready to listen, ask questions, and share your own spiritual journey with others.

Fellowship is your chance to meet with old friends, meet new ones, share stories, and laugh a lot. Sometimes these spontaneous moments are where the deepest connections and conversations happen. Recognizing the Sacredness of Your Life as a Spiritual Experience

HU is a sacred mantra—the Sound behind all sounds. An ancient name for God, HU is a carrier of love between God and Soul. Singing HU can bring healing for body, mind, and spirit. It enables you to open your heart to experience the miracles that occur when you give and receive love.
