Yoga for Renewal is a winter yoga series designed to nourish the body, calm the mind, and support rest and gentle strength. Beginner-friendly, all levels welcome. Suggested donation, mats available for limited participants.

Gentle Restore Yoga Thursdays, 7:00 PM to 7:50 PM A calming, slow-paced class focused on stretching, breathwork, and deep relaxation to help you unwind and restore. Who Can Join All levels are welcome. These classes are beginner-friendly and adaptable, with options offered throughout. Class Essentials Yoga mats are available for the first 12 participants. Space is limited, early sign-up is encouraged. Location 85 5th St, Gilroy, CA 95020 Donation Based Suggested donation is $10. Cash, Venmo, or Zelle accepted on the day of class.
