Divine Awakening Center is a wellness center that provides an array of mental, physical, and spiritual wellness. Services provide clients with answers to mental distress, physical elements, energy work, and classes to help people take control of their lives through healing and knowledge. Divine Awakening Center also provides products to help clients on their healing journey. Classes include yoga, meditation, sound baths, breathwork, Reiki, and many others.

Breathwork with Ally

This process provides an excellent opportunity to process trauma, support your body and mental health, and have deeply meaningful meditative experiences. Every class and breathing time is different and provides support, healing and growth. Breathwork is an excellent co-modality for therapy and/or recovery, for those looking to go deeper with their meditation.
