📍 Route Overview
Starting Points ( Edgewood, Pulgas Ridge, Water Dog)
Duration: ~90 minutes total (45 min up / 45 min down)
Goal: Be back before your family wonders where you are!

🕒 Timing
-5:30am–7:00am or member-agreed schedule
-Frequency: Weekly (Friday Mornings)

BYOB = Bring Your Own Burden
-Ruck sack (weighted backpack)
-Weight vest
-Sandbag
-Or just yourself—ALL levels welcome
