What we’re about
The group is suited to people looking to be social through various different events. As a group we enjoy, dinners, pub quizzes, cinema trips, comedy and music gigs, walks and lots of other fun activities. Events will in and around the Colnbrook area, from Windsor to Slough, from Datchet to Uxbridge and other nearby towns. Please consider how far you live or work from the area and whether you will be able to attend events, before you request to join.
For membership consideration, please ensure your profile includes your first name with a face profile photo. The group welcomes active members so with this in mind non-active members will be removed. Maybe the events weren't for you or the timing was wrong. Either way you are welcome to re-join and RSVP on any event you might like to attend in the future.

Winter Lights returns this January for its 10th edition.
16 spectacular light installations by acclaimed artists from around the world. The festival will embody the theme DREAMSCAPE – taking our visitors on a journey through surreal, ethereal and uniquely human experiences. Through the festival, we hope to create a sense of whimsy and escapism, but also a sense of inspiration and connection you can carry with you into the rest of the year.
This event runs from Tuesday 20 – Saturday 31 January. From 5pm - 10pm.
If you can't make it on 23rd. It's well worth a look if you can make it on another day.

The event is free to attend.
There will be a lot of walking to take in all the installations.
Please wrap up warm as the event is mostly outdoors.
Meet point at outside Canary Wharf Elizabeth Line Station (see picture). I plan to get there for ~6.30pm and see as much as I can.
