Hello everybody and welcome new members.
I will be hosting a Chess tournament for those of you who are interested.
I will not be playing since my rating is in the 500s, I will just be running it.
I did some research on the price of a local Chess Tournament and the price ranges from $15 to $50.
For those of you who are interested, I will be running our first Chess Tournament. Here are the details.
Entry Fee, $30 Minimum of 10 people required for tournament to take place.
Chess Tournament starts at 1 pm sharp. Plesase do not be late.
$100 goes to me. I will give $$50 to Roundtable and I keep $50.
$200 will be split with $140 final winner and $60 to Semi Final winner.
Final and Semi Final winners will be displayed on my website.
Games will be 15 minutes long. Elimination Style Tournament.
Player is eliminated after 2 losses. A 3rd game will break a tie.
Game won Equals one point
Game lost loses one point.
Draw game equals Zero.
Tournaments will be held every 3 months to start with.
How to Sign up for Chess tournaments.

03. Fill out the form with your First and Last Name and state in the message that you are interested in joining the Chess Tournament.
I will keep the names for those of you signing up for the tournament on a separate list.
04. I will collect the money at the door.
Tournament Starts at 1 pm sharp. Please don't be late.

Club Rules
(01) Everyone is expected to bring their own chess set.
(02) No eating and playing chess at the same time.
(03) Please wash your hands before playing chess.
