Our 30 minute guided mediation begins with guided relaxation, brief breathwork and a reminder of our deeper nature of peace, joy and love.
We practice the art of conscious contentment and relax beyond "the story of me" that thoughts tell. Join us to build the skills to open to the possibility of living beyond thinking and in the ever-present awareness
that is whole, loving and connected to Source.
