About us
Bath Spa Toastmasters is a friendly and supportive club where people can build confidence in speaking, communication and leadership through regular practice.
Our meetings give members the opportunity to deliver prepared speeches, practise speaking without preparation, give and receive constructive feedback, lead parts of meetings and learn from one another โ all in a relaxed, encouraging environment.
Who should join?
Anyone who would like to become a more confident and effective communicator.
You might want to:

You donโt need any previous speaking experience, and you certainly donโt need to be confident already โ thatโs what weโre here to help you build.

There is nothing to prepare and no obligation to take part.Youโre very welcome simply to sit back, watch and get a feel for the club. If you would like to join in with an impromptu speaking activity, you can โ but the choice is entirely yours.
Chances are you wonโt be the only new face either.
