### ⚠️ Booking & Attendance Policy
We maintain strict rules to keep sessions fair and well-organized:
❗ No Show: Full session fee applies if you do not attend after confirming your slot.
⏰ Cancellation Policy:
- Evening Games: Cancel 12 hours before
- Morning Games: Cancel 18 hours before
❗ Late cancellations will be treated as No Show and charged in full.
🚫 If you join within 12 hours of the game, cancellation is not allowed.

To ensure fair play and smooth event management, the following rules apply:
### ❗ No-Show Policy
If you confirm your slot but do not attend, the full session fee will be charged.
### ⏰ Cancellation Policy
- Evening games: Cancellation must be made at least 12 hours before the session.
- Morning games: Cancellation must be made at least 18 hours before the session.
Late cancellations will be treated as No Shows, and the full session fee will apply.
If you join the event within 12 hours of the session start time, cancellations are not permitted.## 🔄 Waiting List Policy
If all playing slots are full, you are welcome to join the Waiting List.
- If you no longer wish to play, please remove yourself from the waiting list so others have an opportunity to join.
- Waiting list players may be moved to the Going List at any time if a slot becomes available.

- It is your responsibility to check your status regularly if you are on the waiting list.
- Once you are moved to the Going List, all booking, cancellation, and attendance policies immediately apply.
