Welcome! I am Keith (Keifer), I had cheffed professionally in my younger days and was blessed to have been trained by a Cordon Bleu "Chef de Cuisine", cooking in Westwood Village and Mammoth Lakes ski resort in several restaurants for some years. I've learned a lot and I've been passionate about cooking all my life and want to share my knowledge and experience with you all. Side note, I had a video production business and produced promos for a couple of prospective cooking shows (fun story). "Be here or be square" Who remembers that line? lol.
