AIC together with Team Power presents the Expats Padel Club AMS. We’re excited to present another enjoyable collaboration for our international community and friends!🌍🎾
Expats Padel Club AMS is teaming up with our CrossFit coach, Lieuwe 🏋️♂️ – owner of CrossFit Amstelveen – for a dynamic warm-up & stretches 🤸♀️🧘♂️ to get everyone ready for action.
Then it’s time for the “Padel Power Core” Challenge ⚡

• Fun CrossFit-style challenge for all levels
• Focus: core strength 💥
• Prize for the winner 🏆🎁

After that, we hit the court for padel matches 🎾🔥

• Beginners welcome! Our coaches will guide and give tips 👏
• Intermediate /Advanced levels matchplay 🎾
• Meet new people, practice your skills, and enjoy friendly competition

At AIC, our mingling events typically see a majority of participants between the ages of 25 and 40. However, we recognize that there's a vibrant and diverse community of expats who fall into the Generation X and early millennial age groups. To provide an enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere for this demographic, we've launched a monthly event tailored to their preferences.
Connect with like-minded individuals who share your background and interests, as you sip on a nice drink and explore the rich tapestry of expat life beyond the 40s. Are you curious to test how smart you are and looking for some entertainment with other expats in Amsterdam? Then join us at this meetup, the English monthly International Pub Quiz at Coco’s Outback.

Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams participating in the pub quiz. 💰

When: Tuesday, November 18th from 19 to 22:30. (We start taking seat at the tables at 19 and at 19:30 the game starts)

The rules of the International Pub quiz 📒
– Maximum 5 Team members per team. If you are a team of 5 you all participate together. If you are less than 5 we will add AIC participants to your team. A great way to meet new people!
– No use of mobile phones to search for the right answer (there might be waiters that can be bribed with tips)
