The Agile Dresden User Group is a community of people interested in using Agile techniques and approaches beneficially, embracing change and understanding that products and processes are nothing without the people involved.
We do not only connect Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers but everyone who is interested in Agile and beyond. We gladly involve and reflect on related subjects, such as Design Thinking, Lean Management or common techniques for ideation, facilitation and moderation.
Our goal is to share knowledge and experiences, connect people and foster individual growth.

We heard you! Many of you wanted to join our Agile Resilience Picnic in June but couldn’t make it due to vacations or school holidays—so we decided to run it again. ✨ A great chance for you to join and a nice opportunity for us to apply some adjustments to improve the workshop experience further.
Join us on August 11 for a second 2025 edition of our legendary Outdoor Picnic Meetup in the beautiful Großer Garten. Same format, same energy, same spirit of connection and growth—just with a new summer date. 🌿
As you may know, this year’s Picnic event comes again with a topic to help you survive and recover: We’re reflecting together on challenges the world provides us with and share how to gain resilience.
Get ready for an evening of connection, reflection, fun and a full workshop format under the open sky. 🌤️If you feel like enjoying an insightful evening with fun and engaging conversations, just register and come by to contribute and soak up the sunshine together.

It starts to count as a tradition, and this time we are in! The joint Summer Meetup is approaching, which means extended Networking outdoors.On August 19, 2025, we warmly invite you to a summer get-together in the “Grand Garden Dresden” (Großer Garten). This is a great opportunity to get in touch with several interest groups, discover new perspectives, deepen existing networks, make new contacts, and look beyond the boundaries of our own community – in a relaxed picnic atmosphere. Get inspired and discuss exciting topics from the fields of Agile, AWS, DevOps, .NET, Software Quality and Women4Tech. 🌳☀️
What to expect? 💡
We will kick off with an icebreaker game, allowing you to get to know the various user groups.Afterwards, it's time for a deep dive.
In short pitches, you will gain diverse insights into the participating user groups. From GenAI in AWS and the latest DevOps trends, over a critical exploration of AI to the future of meetups and why community matters: There might be something in for you.What else to consider? 🔍
