What is Bouldering?
Bouldering is rock climbing in its purest form—no ropes, no harnesses, just you, your climbing shoes, and a wall full of puzzles to solve.
Using balance, technique, and a good bit of brain power, you’ll tackle short, powerful climbing routes known as “problems”—each one a unique challenge for your body and mind.
Oh, and it’s a killer workout too! 💪🧠

What You’ll Learn
This program is your pre-basic training for real rock adventures and outdoor bouldering. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to transition outdoors.
