New to yoga? This class is the perfect gentle start! Designed for absolute beginners, we focus on learning the core fundamentals in a supportive, friendly environment.
We will break down basic postures, practice connecting breath to movement, and learn how to use modifications so you can move safely and comfortably.
No experience or flexibility is required! Come reduce stress, increase your mobility, and meet others in our group.
Bring: Your mat and comfortable clothes.
Ready to book? A $10 deposit is required to hold your spot (this is non-refundable, but will go toward your final total!). We accept Zelle and Venmo for your convenience.
