About us
ProductTank provides an opportunity for Product Managers in Belgium to exchange ideas and experiences about Product Design, Development and Management, Business Modelling, Metrics, User Experience and all the other things that get us excited.
Events include talks from guest speakers on topics around product management, networking opportunities, and a good old-fashioned chin-wag over a beer or two.
We're open to companies big and small. We also welcome early-stage technology businesses looking to learn how to get their ideas off the ground.
We also have a blog and encourage the community to get engaged by commenting on or writing new posts for http://www.mindtheproduct.com

ProductTank Belgium is back on 8 October
Scheldestraat 11, Scheldestraat 11, 2000 Antwerpen, Belgium, Antwerpen, AN, BEDate & Time: October 8, 2026 | doors open at 18:00
Location: November Five office, Scheldestraat 11, AntwerpProductTank is back in Belgium. After a long pause, the product community is coming together again to share insights, celebrate what we build, and make new connections. Join us for the October kick-off.
The programme starts at 18:35.
Our speakers:
- Henri Jacobs - Founder of FORCIT
- Jens Roels - Growth Manager at November Five
Topic: AI is easy. Trust is hard.
Drawing on his experience building FORCIT's AI-powered expert-matching platform, Henri will share practical lessons from real product challenges, including messy data, recommendation transparency, and user trust, to discover how product teams can create explainable, adjustable, and credible AI experiences without adding unnecessary friction.
Jens will then share how November Five is using AI inside the product team to make product discovery, decision-making, and validation faster and more accessible. Even if AI is making it easier than ever to build, for product teams, the hardest question has not changed: what should we build, and how do we know it will move the needle? From his perspective as a data engineer embedded in product, he will show how AI helps turn context, data, and product thinking into practical tools PMs can use every day.
This is not a polished success story, but a look at how we are experimenting in practice: what works, what is still messy, and how AI is changing the way product teams create clarity.Agenda
