We encourage you to plan and post events here as a great way to bring our community together! This is a great an opportunity to meet others and build casual-to-meaningful friendships within the LGBTQ community. We are looking for hosts and co-hosts who are exited to present a variety of events and fun LGBT related events. We would love for this group to be interactive by sharing each others interests, which will help create events within the Meetup group. Those who are interested in participating can express their interest and connect with that event. Please join and help us connect with your friends to bring their interests into the group. For 37 years, Fresno Reel Pride has brought people together through the power of storytelling, creating a space where LGBTQ+ individuals, families, friends, and allies can gather in celebration, understanding, and community. We warmly invite you to join us for the 37th Annual Fresno Reel Pride LGBTQ+ Film Festival as we embrace this year’s theme, “Reel Community.” More than a play on words, the theme reflects both our love of film and our belief that stories have the power to connect us — to help us feel seen, understood, and less alone. In a world where genuine connection can sometimes feel elusive, coming together to share our voices, experiences, and humanity is more important than ever. Through inspiring films and meaningful conversations, we will celebrate the diversity, resilience, and joy of our community while reaffirming a simple truth: when we come together, we are stronger. We hope you will join us in this celebration of belonging, connection, and the stories that bring us closer to one another.
