Be part of a warm and welcoming community initiative that is based in Twickenham and open to everyone, wherever you are. Join us for activities that encourage you to explore and enhance physical, mental, emotional and social well-being. There's an inspiring and varied programme of classes and events including yoga, meditation, writing for self discovery, mindfulness, kirtan chanting,creative expression and fundraising events.

Leave aside your attachments and aversions, your possessions, your desires. Forget your gender, nationality, age, family situation, ethnic background and what you do for a living. The question is this: what is your true nature?
Does your yoga and meditation practice help you explore this question? Not who you believe yourself to be, but what you experience in those moments when you are free from the runaway train of your thoughts. What do you rely on to give meaning to your life? These are essential questions for those who wish to consciously experience life’s fullness.
T. S. Eliot spoke of the inner journey thus: “We shall not cease from our exploration/And the end of all our exploring/Will be to arrive where we started/ And know the place for the first time.”
As such over the coming weeks we will close the gap of separation between us and the world “out there” by exploring our interconnectedness with all the elements that weave together to create the rich tapestry of life.
