If you don't know the city and would like to explore the concerts, art events, bars, coffees, music, dance, cinema, restaurants, gardens and all together get to know the hidden places and the best spots join this group :)
There is also our partner group named St. Gallen Meetup that has other interesting events that you should apply! Together, we will try to complement and give enough options for you not to have any excuse for not knowing St. Gallen.
UPDATE (2020.1.1) !! If you want to attend dinner events there is one golden rule!
Based on the experience of the last few years the following rule will be applied to everyone who attends dinner events:
No shows and late checkouts (generally 24 hours before) can lead to getting "deleted" from the group. In such an event you cannot re-enter and you are banned forever. This might sound very strict but after all these years of organizing dinners I came to the conclusion that we all need a bit of discipline and fairness considering the people that are always on the waiting list and can't attend the dinner.

Unique Dinner @ Schnuggenbock Teufen

We are delighted to invite you to a unique dining experience at Restaurant Schnuggenbock, located just outside Teufen (see Transportation details below). The restaurant is renowned for its charming concept—living and dining as in our grandparents’ time. This theme is reflected in every detail: from the rustic, authentic ambiance to the selection of beverages (please note that soft drinks such as Coke or Sprite are not available), to the hearty traditional Swiss cuisine. There is no online menu—after all, Grandma didn’t have the internet!—and even the payment method stays true to the theme, as only cash is accepted (no cards or Twint).
Important Information
- The dinner will be served as a buffet, priced at CHF 49.50 per person (excluding beverages).
Transportation
- The restaurant is not directly accessible by public transport. If you plan to arrive by train, please leave a message so that special transportation from the restaurant can be arranged.
- If you do not have access to a car (4-wheel drive due to snow road conditions is mandatory!!), please indicate this in a message below so that transportation can be coordinated accordingly.
